I am unable to add to my PAD or TAD or pipe cleaners because the post office in my country has closed up. Went out of business. No one in this country sells pipe tobacco either. Only thing they sell here is cigiretes, So yesterday I bought 3 cartons {30} packs for U.S. $13.33.There is no tax in this country or FDA, HaHa.

My friend Aeropuffer lives in Guatemala. I can't believe a COUNTRY can shut down their postal service. The service was very poor when it was still working though. I think out of five attempts to send him tobacco, only two were successful.

SPC uses UPS on request, I believe.

On the side note, Aeropuffer I'm curious about your avatar...

Thanks for the suggestions. Fed X comes here but the cost of shipping is over $70 for a 5 lbs package, then there is the cost of the tobacco. A couple of weeks ago I sent my brother who lives in the states a 2 kilo package of natural chocolate, it grows here. I shipped it via private shipping company. It cost me Q540. That's Quetzals. I live here because it is less expensive than trying to live in the states. As I live on Social Security of less than the Max amount I must live in a less expensive way.

On a side note to ben88 my avatar ian't just another pretty face like the Pagan's.

Sorry to hear that. I guess some courier service is the best bet here...

And I thought the Russian Post sucks. (In fact it's actually improving, I'm amazed).
Was about to make a comment in respect to the avatar with a photo of Georgy Millyar, but ben88 beat me to it. Best Baba Yaga in the history of film, hands down.

Sponsored two brothers, in sequence, in Guatemala over three or four years, with notes and drawings back and forth, translated by nuns, as I remember. Finally I think urban legends shut down the program. Folks there were told U.S. people were kidnapping their kids for organ transplants. This is what I heard, but it may be fanciful. The lines may have been broken because of other factors. The family farmed and the mom did a produce market, if I remember. Sweet people. I hope our small contributions helped. The kids had a few years of school they might have otherwise missed, and I hope attained literacy. The kids did drawings, which were always imaginative. 'Hope the postal system gets revived or somehow replaced.

It appears that this Guatemalan "post office" closure is the result of contractual problems. The Guatemalan government seemed to think it was a wise idea to "outsource" their postal service, with this as a result. Sort of a lesson to all the "privatizing" and "outsourcing" fans out there, IMO.
