Thank you! I was about to post "Say it isn't so!!!" I was a little surprised to hear this because I contacted them last month after buying some Salty Dogs to get the manufacturing date on it. They date their tobacco using batch codes that you and I wouldn't understand. I got a response from them within 24 hrs and I found out my pouch was 1-1/2 years old! I have really enjoyed that blend! It's a badly written article. Dan Pipe the retail operation closed. DTM the tobacco manufacturer did not. The author makes the clarification in a comment at the bottom of the article.
You cracked the DTM date code? Do tell!Thank you! I was about to post "Say it isn't so!!!" I simply emailed info@dantobacco.de and asked them when my pouch was packaged. That white oval shaped sticker on the pouch is the batch number. Mine was 6 digits and located on the back of the pouch. Email them and ask them for the manufacturing date for that batch number. You cracked the DTM date code? Do tell!
