I have gotten into the habit of layering Penzance with Drum. One of the best smokes I can possibly imagine. Drum layered with Stonehaven is also great but it does come in a close second. Now I check 4noggins 4-6 times daily hoping to get some Penz before my tin runs out. I truly hate loving this layer blend because I think it will be a while before I get lucky again. BTW, Drum layered with 1792 Flake does fall into 3rd place.

Hobie:
Back in the days when I handrolled Samson and Drum were the two most desirable Dutch tobaccos. They can usually be found in the pouch or large tins at most B&Ms, smoke shops and even head shops. I preferred Samson over Drum but if the former wasn't available the latter was always a satisfactory second place.

Hobie: It's an RYO cigarette blend. Comes in a can or pouch. I got a guy here in Dallas who occasionally has some. Let me know and I can hook you up at cost if you want. I used to smoke it when I rolled my own in my teens.
Edit: Fnord: I actually preferred the red Ajja 17 ;-)
