Last night's smoke.
An old pipe and one of the few physical things I have from my father, who has been gone 17 years.
For a large pipe it is exceedingly light. I treasure it above any other pipe I own.

Please share about any "memorial pipes" you have.

I started smoking a pipe because I found my dad's old one in his nightstand long after he and my family moved overseas. I smoked it terribly I'm sure, but boy I loved it. I think it was some english pipe, a 1/4 bent billiard shape. But I lost it, or lent it to a friend back in highschool... I don't know, but I really wish it would turn up someday. But hey, I still have my father, so it could be worse, for certain. :puffpipe:
