Well Fearly I cooked a tin of Erinmore, put it aside and will serve it straight, no salad. LOL. The old cajun :crazy:

I didn"t splain my self a member hfearly put some Virginia and a tin of Erinmore in the oven and it is supposed to hasten the ageing process, 180deg for 5 hrs, he said it smelled wonderful after the process, so while wife was away I was a bad boy and cooked a tin of Erinmore in her new oven. The old cajun

Haha the old cajun goes bakery Make sure to leave the baked tins untouched for a few days so the process the baking started can do its magic.
