Comoy Shape Numbers With Prefix U Or V?

I picked up a couple on auction last night and one is marked U337 and V6. The first is a prince the second is a straight billiard. No specific line under Comoy stamp. No three part stem, just a C painted on the side. Any idea about these? The V6 also has a G on the underside of the shank.

Interesting. The shape numbers are right, at least.

Cadogan Era Comoy's, GBD's added some strange letters and numbers to their offerings. I never learned any rhyme or reason to the additions.
This stem is going to be a tough restoration, keep us posted.
