Unfortunately the website and service has gone second rate overnight following the Sutliff acquisition of it. And they still don’t even stock EGR?!?
Wait cup o Joe's was bought by sutliff? Wasn't tobacco pipes also aquired by Sutliff? What the heck is going on?!

When markets go soft, the larger outfits like to buy out the smaller companies because they can buy them for less and reduce competition, while maybe picking up an additional customer base and some proprietary products. Cup'O'Joes has their own line of blends, some of them eligible for deeming regs i think, and carries a few pipe brands not sold by others in the U.S. I was a customer for a while but drifted away years ago. I had no complaints, just wasn't drawn back.

As much as I hate to see a lack of competition, from a pure business standpoint it does make sense.

Foxtrot, how do you find it compared to the other “fancy” burleys available?
I haven't yet popped my tins of ABF or Wessex, so I cannot compare to what I have heard so many refer to as the "gold standard" of burley flakes. It does remind me of Mac B's HH Burley Flake, but it has a little something extra. My guess is a slight touch of K&K special sauce and a shade more dark fired. So now that I'm thinking about it, similar to Peterson Irish Flake, but without that licorice like flavor. I really enjoyed it fresh, but I feel age will really make it shine. It's 20% off on SP right now so I just grabbed some more.
