So I have recently been talking to forum member clickklick about making me a pipe. I decided to take the route that I do with Bruce Weaver, and had Adam surprise me. My only desires for the pipe were the stem material, and I really like plateau.

Upon opening the box, I was greeted by a nicely crafted leather bag, which I believe Adam's dad made. I then began pulling a hefty chunk of briar from the bag, and was happily greated by one of my favorite pipe shapes, a volcano! The color and shaping are heavily Danish, and are reminiscent of Bjarne or Mogens Johansson's work.
Review time! Pipe cleaner passed from stem to chamber effortlessly. The stem is easily removed, but is perfectly snug in the mortise. The tenon, which I believe to be delrin, is perfectly seated in the stem, with no excess adhesive around its base. Very open draw, and the grain and size of the pipe are perfectly at home with my collection.
Have decided to make its inaugural smoke LBF, and it is an absolute pleasure to smoke! Adam wanted me to be as harsh as possible with my review, and honestly, I couldn't find anything wrong with this pipe. It will become one of my regulars, and Adam, thank you very much for such a great pipe!
