I've seen these pipes come up a few times over the years, and always thought they were interesting. I know Butz Choquin went out of business back in 2019, but was always curious about this line from them. I don't know what the purpose of the copper inlay is. It's kind of an odd shaped bit of metal, and they all seem to have the leaf spot carving on them too. Anyway this pipe needed some stem work as the bit was badly chewed with a small hole on the bottom, and the bowl had been worn and chipped on the front edge. It took me two weeks to finish this because of the arthritis in my hands now, but I got it good enough for me as it was an inexpensive pipe. ($12) I couldn't find much info on these pipes at all, so if any of you guys know anything about this line of BC pipes chime in.
