I’ve got a few 12” stem churchwardens, I’m looking for a maker that has a longer stem one or someone to fabricate a longer stem for what I have any suggestions?

I don't know of any pre-made (molded) stems that long, and finding a carver who is willing to cut one from rod stock will be very difficult.
