Love the Pinto ad.

I used to drive a Pinto in high school. Me and my buddies tricked it out with every dime we could scrape up, doing everything possible to that engine to squeeze more HP. I could smoke a pair of tires and turn a parkinglot into a festival ride. Mine was a 72, and had all of the recall stuff done to the gas tank to keep it from catching on fire. Mine eventually died when I collapsed the whole suspension, ruining the wheels and frame also, by jumping a ramp we made in a pasture. Dukes of Hazzard stuff. Fun times!!!

Pinto owners unite! I had a '79 "European Sport Special", what I like to call the original sport compact. Ok, it was vinyl tape stripes and black wheels on a Pinto. I still beat my co-workers '73 TR-6 in a race around the mall we worked at.

Love it, Mike. I notice Santa's getting an eyeful in the top stocking ad, while hubby looks bemused. In the bottom one (pun intended) Santa's left eye is averted, but what about the right eye? Is Santa cross-eyed??

I had a Chevette in high school. Tough little tank. I wrecked into a hillside during winter. The hood was buckled over and wouldn’t open. I drove it for over 2 years without ever opening the hood. Lol.
