Lately I've been craving a chocolate aromatic pipe tobacco.

I'm looking for hard-core seriously chocolate aromatics - not just blends with a chocolate note like Mac Baren Burley London Blend, Golden Extra, G&H Bob's Chocolate Flake, & many others.

The best one I tried lately was Sutliff Chocolate Supreme. Seriously chocolate. You could smell the chocolate when the box arrived in the mail, in the ziploc before it was even opened, and definitely in the marvelous pouch & room notes. Damn good chocolate deliciousness!

Thought I'd post to see what other folks enjoy rather than just checking out tobacco reviews.com.

Like my Grandmother used to say: "Eat desert first, for life is so uncertain."

Boswell’s Chocolate Creme.... disgustingly chocolate to my tastes. And I’m a person that loves chocolate (My fave candy bar is the Bar None... tames the chocolate beasty? chocolate upon chocolate enrobed in chocolate).
But too much chocolate in this tobacco??

I kind of like the idea of a chocolate aromatic, but I like chocolate so well, I tend to just want it straight up, neat, and not in pipe tobacco.

Have a tin of Two Friends English Chocolate I've yet to try... Probably not chocolatey enough for what you're looking. Thanks for chocolate reminder, maybe this weekend.

Was going to name Bob's Chocolate as one of my favorite chocolate-dosed smokes but if you're looking for even more chocolate flavor I'd say try: SG Chocolate Flake (smells and look almost like a mini chocolate bar), C&D Chocolate Cavendish, and Sutliff's aromatics are pretty solid stuff too.

Mixing supervalue chocolate 3:1 with ps toasted burley is what kickstarted my TAD a couple of years back. I found it really grew on me as I smoked through the pouch as a workshop smoke - most probably due to the melding and drying down of the goopiness. I got rich dark choc and cinnamon from it.

Tried several brands/blends myself when trying to pin down a favorite. Came upon Sutliff "Zurich Delight"...after a small sample, purchased around two pounds. This is my "go to" blend when seeking a full-on chocolate/cocoa taste. Not too sweet, not too bitter, seems to strike all chords evenly...most certainly not a muted flavor.

Funny, I love chocolate, but hate chocolate favored tobacco ?
Hate is a strong word. Maybe I’ll try a few more blends… I do like Cult Blood Red Moon, which has a dark chocolate note, along w/its cherry and vanilla flavors.

I can't say how good/chocolatey it is but next month I'm putting in an order for some Wilke Chocolate and their Chocolate and Peanut Butter. Both seem like they will pair well with coffee. Curious to know how they might compare with others mentioned here.

Have you also tried Sutliff’s Chocolate Supreme? I’ve had my eye on the Zurich Delight for a while as a blending component, but ultimately went with the Chocolate Supreme. Interested to know how the two compare from someone who has tried both...
