I love fountain pens. However I am somewhat restricted to the Chinese variety (because they are cheaper).
That being said they are improving in leaps and bounds.

Apart from older Jinhao X750s. I currently have a pretty Jinhao X159 and the smaller Jinhao 82. Both are good although the X159 is a touch fragile.

I am considering spending a bit more (still cheap) and getting the Wing Sung 630.
A piston filler.

Just curious if anyone has a similar interest, also if they have an opinion on the 630. Picture below.

I haven't seen one before but it appears to be MB 149 size. Is the whole pen resin or does it have a metal liner like many of the Chinese pens?

I collect fountain pens of all varieties and grades, from high tier German and Italian pens to vintage and antique to modern Chinese pens. I don't have much experience with Wing Sung although I have heard good things about them. Of the current productions, I would highly recommend Asvine and Hong Dian. Their QC seems to have improved incredibly over the last year or so and they are great writers. I have come to like both brands much more than my Jinhao, or most other Chinese pens that I own.
