I cant tell you much about them other than they are pretty cool. Are their any markings on them? Any makers marks?
And thats one big ass dog

They are called Tyrolean Pipes. They are made so you can put your elbows on a beer garden table or rest them on your beer muscle. Beer stein in your left hand, pipe in your right... :D
