My Grandma surprised me with these. The ash tray was my great grandmas that I remember used to be beside her couch... it has a lot of patina but i am thinking it is copper.
The humidor table has no stamps that I can find anywhere. It as you can see needs some TLC and I am the one to give it :D Can anyone give me any information on it though? Thanks!

Those are great vintage items. The humidor table looks like the humidor never saw any use. As for the broken leg, it's just a matter of replacing the broken dowels and some wood glue. The ash tray is vintage 1930's 1940's as is the table. What a nice find for a smoke room. Congrats.

Lovely pieces!
I agree with doc, that table fix should be a cinch, and the humidor is spotless.
Congratulations,

Thanks all, I couldn't beleive it when I saw them! Pretty cool place for my stash perhaps? The space is rather small, maybe about 9"X12". I will be lucky if I can fit two mason jars stacked in there.
So how does this act as a humidor? Does the copper have the desired properties or how does that work?

That's a great question, Red, and unless it was for weatherproofing I don't have a good answer.
I've seen a boatload of these armchair humidors that were tin or copper lined in junkstores to very high end antique outlets. They're usually in great shape and priced from 25 bucks on up.
I'm also old enough to remember those single stand ashtrays being kept in common areas like a hotel lobby or waiting room.
Both are great pieces but I'd be careful rubbing off too much patina on that ashtray.
