Kgil,
that is a very nice pipe - that will, no doubt, clean up beautifully. If you're not a clencher you'd probably even get away without having to replace the stem for a while.
I have a celini Original that i picked up a few years ago - a bit battered, but well loved by the previous owner - that is a really beautiful smoker. i hope yours smokes as well for you as mine does for me.

Must be a great smoker, or the previous owner thought so. If it were mine, I'd go ahead and break for a new

stem, just to provide for the long run. Given the wear on the stem, the briar has held up remarkably. Go

gentle with the reaming. If you aren't experienced, you might want to leave the job to a pipe repair pro.
