Castello Collection Grade KKKK

Here is one of the nicest Castello Collection Grade KKKK straight grained billiard I have ever seen but the icing on the cake is the original silver wind cap, simply lovely.

Gorgeous as are all of your pipes. That's a real outdoorsman's pipe, if one could bear to take it outdoors. Prettiest wind cap in history.

Well I really gush over the wind caps on Barling pipes, I know the ones sable, and others, posted in the Show us your Barlings thread really showed old world craftsmanship!

I've seen this pipe floating around for quite a while and I really like it! It would have been perfect for my collection but I passed because I didn't think the cap was done by Castello. What did tell you about it. 8O

Pretty much made reference it being finely grains a Collector Grade KKKK and the first Castello they have ever sold, new or estate, with silver wnd cap. I will do more research when I have it in hand and can always return it, heck if it's not original the cost of research and return shipping is how we elevate knowledge of the hobby. Cheers.
