Have a picture of the stem logo?
No, I mean the mouthpiece logo, also a picture of the entire pipe would be nice.
Seriously, I've never heard of that pipe, but being a noob, I just googled "Carmignani" and that's what I came up with, and it pretty much answers your question. ?From the picture understands created by Fritz Becker.
tOk, two of mine. One from 2014 and quoting myself, "This is an example of a pipe made by Fritz and Paolo Becker for Carmignani. The markings are exactly what Paolo Becker lists on his website."

Unfortunately, I think this pipe was topped at some point, the proportions just don't look right.
Here is another Carmignani pipe. A lovely straight grained Canadian with a carefully crafted acrylic stem. Becker's site notes that in the period 1970-'74 "The pipes made in this period have no identifying nomenclature" This pipe is marked on the bottom with what almost looks like a shop stamp Hand Made for Carmignani Roma which is actually been applied a little crooked (it's what makes me think it's a shop stamp) Of note is the same gold C R mark on the stem.
A very well done sterling band. And, a beautifully crafted acrylic stem, with a clean, sharp edge at the stem /button transition, very thin in it's dimension front to back, and with a slight concave curve on its face.
As I recall I bought this pipe from Italy in 2013. Is it a Becker made pipe...I'd like to think so. The quality and craftsmanship are there for sure.
