Carey's Number 7

I'm a Condor Ready Rubbed man.

Been with Condor since the days of their 'Twist'.

This last year or so though I have been taking four 50 gs of Mr Carey's Number 7 once a month via their excellent postal tobacco club.

Of the two Carey's is, to me; the better.

Not dissimilar to Condor but a more regular 'rub' and far less twig and stem wastage which seems to have increased in Condor since the recession began.

Cannot quite justify the additional expense of changing over to Careys full time but it is a pleasant alternative.

I get through 100-150 gs a week on average so two of Condor to one of Careys sees me through each week.

Great smoke trusty, in the flake or ready rubbed form.
Very reasonably priced for us Brits from EA Carey in Jersey.

Great smoke. Some say it's very similar to Sinclair Highland Sliced.

I've never tried Condor. I'm going to the UK in a couple of weeks. If I remember, I'm going to buy some Condor and finally try it.

You are correct James, think it is Highland Sliced...made in Denmark at the same place.

Careys Balkan Sobraine replica is also superb. Just finished their traditional sampler pack. Not a bad smoke in there.

Last I checked they don't ship to the US (or rather, can't accept US credit cards)... otherwise I'd likely jump on getting some of this, have been wanting to try it for awhile. The Highland Sliced is great stuff!
