Villiger 1888 Cocktail Hour is a dead on copy of Three Nuns. Villiger 1888 After Dinner is a high quality Navy Flake. They are coming in August. Pass the word!

I was perusing the Thompson Cigar catalog today and noticed they had a sale on all the Villager 1888 xxx-day tins. 5 tins for $30.. I'd like to try this new blend though...

While that is a great deal at Thompson Cigar for those who like all of the current Villiger 1888 blends or someone looking to try them, I'll stick with smokingpipes.com for my purchases of Mid Day, since that is the best blend in the series, at least for my tastebuds...
I'm really excited to try the new blends and I'm glad you could give us a little more info about when to expect them, Kevin. Will we be seeing any Pipe Babes galleries sponsored by Viliger 1888?

Be sure the new blends are in that mix the new tobacco, the description is unclear and they may have packaged the samplers before the new additions came out (hence the sale) offering doubles of two of early day and mid day.

Just got a tin of Cocktail Hour and Kevin is right. Its a drop-in for Three Nuns. Nice change of pace from my latakia blends.

Jason, I got Cocktail Hour at my B&M- Tobacco Village, Whitehall,Pa. Took a chance on it and it paid off. Nice interlude blend from when I smoke too many latakia blends.

I was asked to try Cocktail Hour when we received our shipment. Although it's not exactly like Bell's Three Nuns, it's certainly in the neighborhood, and I really enjoyed. Compliments to Villiger and Orlik for turning out a fine tobacco.
