They have been in the garage for a long time.
There was also a pipe stand but I gave it away a some time ago.
The wood is quebracho, which means axe breaker, the hardest wood that exists.

Btw I use Champagne or wine corks as pipe knockers also.They are good for outside when glued to a 100 gr. round tin.
