xnil', probably at least several of us are wondering why you want to add a stinger to a pipe. Stingers were installed in pipes as a moisture trap for decades, I think mostly in the 40's and 50's, and they occasionally turn up in pipes even today, though most are easily removable, simply pull right out. They are usually thought of as old fashioned and not useful, a kind of arbitrary preference at best. It would be some trouble to get one to fit the airway without being designed as a part of the pipe, but you can do it, or have a pipe repairman do it, if you can find one who will. It might make more sense to find an estate pipe with a stinger built in. Some of the old inventory of Kaywoodie Drinkless series, for example, have stingers as part of the screw-in stem, and I have one that smokes quite well. But I can tell you, I'm not out looking for other pipes with stingers. As near as I can tell, they don't add much. I happen to own one that smokes nicely because or despite of the stinger.

With the right parts, a drill and the right skills, of course you could. You could also pee in the bowl of the pipe and let it sit for a week. If you wish to improve the smoking quality of the pipe, both may yield similar results.
