Can Anyone Identify This Lighter?

I inherited a lovely collection of pipes and some lighters from an uncle some years ago. I’ve attached a picture of one of the lighters. Neither it nor its case has a brand name displayed. Does anyone recognize it?

it may be a Sarome, Japanese lighter , have a few, well made lighters.

Nothing other than what's fairly standard for butane lighters.

I imagine these lighters (I have two of the one pictured) are at least 25 years old.
