Pipe is from late sixties or early seventies.
Only marking is on shank of stummel, and I checked all the pipephil.eu directory of logos and markings and didn’t see it.1B817043-3545-4644-BD6E-03E574785CDC.jpeg

I’ve gotten some more info on this pipe. While I’ve had no luck on the marking, Scott over at BlueRoomBriars did let me know “Our best guess is that he was part of a group of Arizona based hobbyists that started in the 60s and 70s that made freehands and were partial to acrylic stems”, which makes sense as my father moved us here to AZ in 1970.
He continued, “Andrew Kovacs, Horrace DeJarnett, Kim Kendall and several other pipe makers were involved in this group.”
Any info that anyone would have to add would be appreciated highly!

Very wild guess as i can't find a picture of any of his pipes or logos but:
Jerry Stachowiak was a local pipemaker in Buffalo, New York who made pipes stamped as "GJS". Primarily a freehand carver.

Is it possible that design is a GJS ???
