Butz Choquin Joe Columbo

Hi,
I sell estate pipes in the UK and have recently come across a real beauty. It's a Butz Choquin Optimal designed by the famous designer Joe Colombo. I would welcome any information anyone has on this pipe.

Hi Oyster! and welcome to the forums!

The logo/marking on the pipe should be a thin white horizontal bar on the top of the shank.

The BC Optimal dates from the 1960's, but I don't know how long it was in production.
