I'll be heading out in just a bit for a meeting with the artist in residence who runs the programs for our Cancer Group. She is also responsible for other artistic ventures in the surrounding communities. One of these ventures is an artistic Memorial to be placed at Laudholm Farms, a sanctuary and preserve, in Well, ME as a tribute to veterans.
I have been in several of her art classes sponsored by the Living Well Center and had several of my pieces shown at our National Cancer Survivor Day which I will attend after the meeting.
I have been chosen as one of the mentors for the veterans memorial project so I have placed the Axmacher pipe in standby mode until I return later this afternoon.
In the mean time I'm having a short smoke of Germains Medium Flake in the Bjorn Thurmann canted Dublin with plateau top and bamboo shank, keeping it smokey until I leave.

I like how these pictures always capture a lot of smoke, which in my experience is difficult. Good work 'jo.
