I am thinking about purchasing a buffing wheel and would like some suggestions about what to look for in this purchase. It would be helpful if you might also suggest a specific brand. Also, any suggestions you can make on how you use your buffing wheel would be helpful. Thanks so much for everything.

Most likely. I like the wide space between the spindles and the slow speed should work for you. I'm not familiar with the brand so I can't speak to how well it is or isn't made. Chinese? You might query. I tend to avoid Chinese power tools as I think the builds aren't substantial. Still, just a personal preference.

I have way too many pipes and they're all old timers, pretty much. I use micro mesh pads on the stems when I get really ambitious, which is very seldom. I often fantasize about obtaining a wheel set up. I've even dallied with Dremel and drill inserts to disappointing effect.
I searched the world over and thought I'd found true love, then met another and....well, you know the rest.
I haven't seen another one with this pricing and rpm range quite like:
