If you superglue the tenon back on, it's just going to break again at some point. Probably sooner rather than later. There's too much stress in that joint and CA has poor shear strength. For any chance of durability, the stem needs to be faced and drilled out to accept a new tenon that is epoxied into place. It's something best handled by someone with experience though. If you still want a quick, economy fix, you could epoxy a sleeve stainless steel tubing into the airway and across the joint. It'll work better than gluing the tenon back on (as long as you don't accidentally clog the airway with epoxy), but I don't really recommend it as it's only slightly more durable than that method.
