RIP Chuck ?

I purchased my first Castello from him about 15 years ago at the Chicago show. A mutual friend took me to his to look at his Castellos. He was the nicest guy you could meet and sat there for an hour going over the history of every Castello I was interested in. I purchased this Old Sea Rock 75 KK that day. I will smoke a bowl in it today in his memory.

Attending my very first pipe show In 1985, I turned a corner and there, a few tables down the aisle, were Chuck’s Castellos, a whole table full. Damndest sight I had ever seen, never dreamed anybody had, or could cionceivably have, that many Castellos. May he Rest In Peace.
