Thanks to those who responded. I went down to the hardware store and bought 2 nylon screws exact thread and length and made two of my own for $1.00. I bought two nuts to hold it in a vice while i drilled the hole. It appears it's gonna work. You'll see the original delrin screw to the left on the first picture
