Broken clay pipe

I had a long difficult journey from Cornwall to Portsmouth yesterday in the bad weather.

Today I went out for a smoke with my clay pipe, I had a funny turn with my ongoing medical problem.

I am OK but the pipe broke into 5 pieces.

Would love to have a replacement clay pipe.

I certainly hope that's not as serious as it sounds. I'd take a broken pipe over a broken bone any day.

I was going to suggest Old World German Pipes by Markus Fohr but his web address does not work. He helped us out with a load of clays for one of our NY Pipe Club Summer BBQ's and is the provider of clays for the legendary Keen's Chophouse in NYC.

There are some very nice German clay pipe makers.. very convenient prices for some pretty looking things. Reviews are encouraging .. personally I thought about ordering myself but I am afraid that it might break over shipping. Try eBay.de you find them among the top listed when searching for clay pipes. How fragile are they hang way ? Needless to say I do not own one ..
