BriarWorks Signature are Beautiful, Unique and Sold out

BriarWorks released some beautiful Calabash style pipes rendered in all briar instead of gourd. None of Tod Johnsons's designs previous designs did anything for me. Good looking craftsmanship but uninspired design.
The signature Calabashes, were released yesterday, or at least promoted by SmokingPipes yesterday. I thought they were extraordinary and a good value. I decided to sleep on it before pulling the trigger. Too late. SP has sold out their inventory.

I'm pretty sure you can get them made to order on the Briarworks website.

They have a bunch of drop down menus for selecting finish and bit style, and I can't see them offering that and trying to keep them all in stock at the same time.

I saw them in person before the West Coast Show. Pete and Todd had some prototypes with them at the table they were having a drink at. I also saw them on the show table. Amazing pipes! Very well balanced, very light considering how much briar is used. I'm sure they smoke like a dream. I'm actually working on saving up for one of them.
