Update:
Success! I went upstairs and told my mum that I'd have to order a senior pipe reamer and she said, "Oh, well let me see it." Miraculously she pushed the blockage out in one swift motion with a paperclip. Between her maternal strength - the kind summoned to lift cars off of children - and her apparent summoning of the brave 300 she acted like it was nothing. I was just like 8O as I've been working on it forever! It's like that embarrassing moment when you pass the pickle jar onto someone weaker and they get it no problem.
Here are the results! Thank you for all your help, gents. We surely couldn't have gotten it without you.

It looks like a piece of wood and a large lump of tar/tobacco was the culprit.

Looks kind of like a pc of toothpick or skewer that someone was using to try and clear the tar.
