I've never looked at my jar of Billy Budd (C&D) and wondered if I'd ever smoke it. Nor Super Balkan. Nor Old Joe Krantz.

I've been concentrating on the endangered species lately, blends I want to have a near lifetime supply of before doomsday comes.

3P's

Bengal Slices

XXX Blend

Chatham Manor

Windy City (not subject to the 2007 date, but it's made by my closest B&M and I'm not convinced they'll survive the next 10 years)
After I have satisfied my stocking requirements on those, I plan to resume purchasing the rest of the list.

Nightcap

Royal Yacht

Ten to Midnight

Irish Flake

Irish Oak

McConnell Scottish Flake
I've been irresponsibly racing to sample all the post-2007 tins I have to see if they make "The List" before it's too late to grab them.

Dear deathmetal,
You have some good blends listed, but 18?? You truly owe it to yourself to take my advice over the past few months and more recently Nate's and expand your horizons into the HU Tobacco world. My current #1 as previously stated is Harvest, which I highly recommend.

...Nightcap.
Also a favorite. Engine 99 may have bumped it however.

I am certain they are great blends, and will sample them at some time, but they may not meet all of my requirements. Among other things, there is a unicorn-like nature to their availability, and they seem a bit light in the Nicotine department and a bit heavy in the top flavoring one, but this is just by reading TR. I look forward to encountering them someday.
