Bite. Vs. burn

Ok I'm still new . I bought a tobacco blend from. A B&M . Taste great but my tongue "stings? " might not be the right discription, but.... It's not tounge bit,drawing too hard or tool fast. Is it the tobacco? And/or what can I do about it? If anything. Thanks

I recently had a similar question, and someone told me that some blends bite for some, yet not for others. It has something to do with PH levels.

Additives from additive heavy tobaccos, can melt off, and sometimes turn to goop, and then create steam. Steam burns.

Bite is a chemical reaction you can't do jack about. And yes it stings like a bitch. Ditch the tobacco but take note of what types of tobaccos were in it so you can be familiar with what type of tobaccos hurt you. I can't take straight Virginia's so far. But different companies prepare the tobacco differently so be cautious but don't give up!
Burn will lead to your tongue feeling like crap for a day or two while it heals.

I cannot smoke any Virginia from McClellend. I have a chemical reaction to it and it burns my tongue the minute the smoke hits it. It feels like acid. I stayed away from Virginia's for a while because of it and then found tons of blends that do not do that to me.
Spartan and TRE, there are tons of great Virginia's that will not bite, you just need to find the ones for you.
Here is a list that doesn't bite me.
