After many years of cigar smoking (not exclusively, but almost), I now have a very large collection of pipe tobaccos in the 10 to 15 year old range. I took great care to jar a bunch of bulk, and still have quite a few tins. I thought I might start reviewing some of them. This BBBB was jarred in 2009. Still springy, perfect humidity, in great shape. Lots of Latakia, 40% I think, so just a warning for those who don't care for the Lat bombs. Very smooth, not a lot of toast or sweetness. The flavors have merged very well and it's not easy to pick out individual components any more, but it is quite enjoyable. No bite at all, super smooth. I've always favored big in your face flavors, and this one is no exception although there are much stronger blends. My only regret is that I only have about six ounces left. I think this will go fast. Thankfully they still make this great blend!
