Does anyone know what the casing is on BB2? I just finished a tin and I really like this tobacco, but reviews suggest it has Lakeland and I do not like lakeland (Ennerdale, Kendell, etc 😝) and I cannot detect any lakeland. Actually reading SP info about G&H tobacco blends most of them do not mention Lakeland. Is there confusion about what G&H blends actually have lakeland?

Boson plug is a Lakeland in my non-expert opinion.
BB2 I don't get lakeland from.....

I detest the floral Lakeland topping, and I’ve never noticed it in BB2. I do think it’s lightly cased with something sweet, but I don’t think it’s a top flavor. I could also be completely wrong

I was chatting with a pipe friend yesterday about G&H/SG Flakes and their unique flavor, and we came up with they just have piles and piles of old musty Virginias in damp, 19th century warehouses, soaking up all that Gulf Stream brine that the UK enjoys. They just use a pitchfork and slap slabs of leaf on cutters and mashers and just press and slice them off willy nilly. That's the difference...
