Ben Wade Danish Free Hand "Royal Grain"

I have the opportunity of buying a Ben Wade Danish Free Hand "Royal Grain" pipe and the seller is asking $75. The pipe is still in excellent condition and needs no restoration or cleaning work. However since I am not very familiar with Ben Wade pipes, I wanted to know if this was a good deal. Can anyone give me some advice?

I don't know that particular line but depending on its age it may have bee made by Preben Holm. If that's the case then it is well worth the money. In any case, if you like it then $75 really is not a lot of money. I'd go for it.

If you like Danish freehands, do not hesitate - go get yourself a little bit of Danish heaven for a bargain price.
