Bellezia Tobacco Shop

Has anyone of you pipe smokers tried some of the tobaccos from Bellezia Tobacco shop. I just got some last week and some of their Virginias are very good. I did not see them on Tobacco Reviews,so I am after some reviews if any of you have tried their tobaccos.

mike - it is likely that the house blends there are relabeled bulks from Lane, Altadis, McClelland, etc. rather than full blown in-house formulas. Another possibility is that Bellezia might add toppings like coffee and syrups to existing blends.

It is a great shop, and just over the border from where I live in the country here in Niagara. The son runs smokers haven in the same area. Some of their blends are hand blended, such as 10 Downing Street which I quite like.

I have known Milt and Brian for almost 38 years now. Matter of fact they made most of the pipes that i used to have. Brian just made a new one for me as of 2 weeks ago. They do blend a lot of their own tobacco. I like 10 Downing too but way too weak on the latakia. but that is me. Great places and great people.

Yeah, I'm not a real huge Latakia hound - I like it more as a condiment than anything - which is probably why I like their 10 Downing street

I wanted to add that they do blend their own tobaccos; however, I do believe that many of them are bought in bulk and blended by another manufacturer. sorry for my dubious statement originally.
