Oh, he was most pleased since it is not available in the US and is one of his favorites. I smoked a couple of bowls and I realized that for the first time I have experienced a tobacco that got better after the first half of the bowl. No bite, just a very good smoke.
3 Nuns is definitely in my rotation! I'm too new to pipes to give an accurate analysis of the tobacco. I can say it's milder than Nightcap and is better tasting than any aromatic I've tried. the tobacco comes in little medallions which I thought was novel.
I just wish at 14 Euros, it wasn't so darn expensive! Still, I have two tins of it which should last me a while.

Yup the taxes here in the UK are pretty extortionate. A tin of Dunhill nightcap is around £11 online (delivery ontop of course) which equates to around $17.50. The pipes are pretty expensive compared to the US too.
That's why i've ordered some tobacco from the US. Even with delivery it works out slightly cheaper and the ones i've ordered are stuff i can't get here. Ordered some tasters too to try some other stuff.

I love the German warnings, so simple "Smoking kann kill you" -- no muss, no fuss. Plus I honestly think German sounds nice on the ear, and little phrases like this that flow so well are part of that opinion.
Anywho -- nice acquisitions mate. And 14 euros is -so- terrible. . . if that new tax passes here in the states it won't be any more than what ours cost, it might even be less depending on how much non-tax increase goes along with the taxes.
