I like 4noggins too. Rich seems to be a really nice guy and his low shipping costs to Canada make him my first choice for most of my TAD purchases. I really like some of Russ O's blends at P&C and the prices there for house blends are great but P&C only has 2 shipping options: expensive or crazy expensive. Too bad that the Canadian government just taxes the bells off of everything here. Local tobaccanists only get a small portion of my TAD money.

I am so confused why Canadians don't just try to find Canadian dealers so they don't have to whine about taxes and such on imported tobacco.
