Had our customer appreciation Christmas party yesterday, we invited all of the ranch owners we service along with their Formen for smoked brisket with all the trimmings. The wife worked her hind end off putting on one heck of a spread. In the end I really made out.

So what did your wife get out of the deal besides dishpan hands?

So what did your wife get out of the deal besides dishpan hands?

She did alright too, she practices cooperate law and got one new client for sure and possibly a couple more. As far as dishes I've been on pot and pan duty all day today, and the grandkids have had trash duty While the wife and daughter relax (sip margaritas) and discuss how to best preserve the leftovers and work them into tomorrow's Christmas dinner.

Heck no brisket and a keg was their present from us, although the brisket was donated by Lucky "B" Bison ranch, I had to smoke it.
