So, what else to order? Any sugesstions for the autum and winter season?
I want to try Presbyterian mixture. But I want to add another 3-4 new blends to the list.

Based on what you are stocking up on my recommendations are below. I am sure too, on that side of the pond you should be able to get a bunch of plugs and ropes that we can't get in the US.

MacB HH Old Dark Fired.
Its a dark fired virginia/burley blend.....will carry more of a heaviness or fullness for your fall smoking, but isn't into the "heaviness" of a lat blend.
