Attractive Irish Pencil-Shanks

Stumbled across a new pipe maker from Ireland on Etsy and thought I'd pass it along: https://www.etsy.com/shop/JPPipes
He's got some incredibly handsome pencil-shanked pipes for very reasonable prices... too bad I stubbornly refuse to buy ebonite stems! But at those prices I might consider commissioning him to make me one with an acrylic stem instead.

Good Canadian style pipes. He might meet your requirements, worth having a go!

Price is about the most I would want to pay.

Indeed! Technically more like Liverpool/Lovat than Canadian/Lumberman, because these have round shanks, not oval.

They look pretty nicely finished at that price point. The buttons are a bit too large for my taste, but some folks like that style. It's good to see a maker coming from Ireland!
