I feel like a bit of a hack after going on about my cobs on "those threads", but a certain purveyor of high end pipes has a few on extra deep discount when other sites just raised their prices.

This is probably the cheapest I'll see an Ashton for quite a while (mine is currently listed as #14), I was tempted to get two, but I'm not that much of a hack.

Hopefully the drilling on this one is better than the last.

I'll put pics up when it arrives sometime next week (hopefully).

I know exactly the site you are referring to and that is indeed a nice pebble grain! I've had my eye on #18 and #41 for MONTHS now and i wish you had not made this post to alert me to the drop in price on them! Congrats and looking forward to pics and thoughts on that beauty. 8)

If it is a newer, Craig Ashton, the drilling is always spot-on. Older Taylor models can be mixed bag. Lets see a picture!
