Aromatic, Non-Aromatic, and English Mixes... Please explain the diffrence. I dont really know that much about pipe tabacco yet, so I have a slight understanding of Aromatic, to Non-Aromatic but I have no clue what English mixes are.

Here in the US an "English blend" often means a blend with latakia, usually using Virginia as a base. Personally I've forced myself to use the term "latakia blend" as it's more accurate.
There are many threads explaining the types of tobaccos. Greg Pease has also written some great columns on the subject. I suggest you make liberal use of the Search function.
