if i could smoke an apple pie i would, but since none of my pipes are large enough to fit a freshly baked beauty, i was wondering if their is anny good apple flavored tobacco out there. I have some of middletons apple tobacco and really don't care for it.
What apple blends have people tried?

Wessex Brigade used to have a great apple tobacco. But, it bit like a junk yard dog.

I wish I could find it again. It came in a large hinged lid tin lined with gold foil.

Smoking it was like biting into a Granny Smith apple. Mmmmmmm

It was a Virginia Broken Flake, almost gold in color.

I think I still have one of the tins around somewhere, if I find it I'll post a picture.

Guess you never found that tin Lawrence! As for Middleton's Apple, I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy it. Not a lot of "apple" to be honest tho. But I find it mild and bystanders find it pleasant enough.
Couple of questions: Why would Middleton decide (or any manufacturer) decide to release in pouch only (Royal Comfort as another example)? Or for that matter in large tin only (ex:Sugar Barrel... yes I am on a Middleton kick right now!) Also, any recomendations on other Apple blends, particularly bulk? Thx!!

I just ordered a 2oz bag of the Caramel Apple Pie over at pipesandcigars.com I hope it's good. It's part of their new fusion lab blends.
