After both my HDD/DVD recorders (Panasonic & LG) started to show their age by being somewhat temperamental as regards making recordings to their HDD I started to look for something new. Alas, I found these devices are no longer made and only HDD recorders were the thing these days.
I narrowed my choice down to either a Humax or Manhattan and after much reading of reviews settled on a Manhattan T3-R with 1tb of storage (600 hours apparently).
Ordered on xmas day from Amazon it quickly arrived & I set it up on the 29th which was pretty straightforward using Wi-Fi.
I've had much fun watching 'on demand' TV (something I've never experienced before) but I'm struggling with some of the many features of the device and wondered if anyone here uses one of these.
Apparently one can go back in time on the EPG and watch or record programmes that were shown up to 3 weeks ago but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do this, hence my plea for guidance from someone in the know.
A bit of a long shot but ever hopeful
Regards,
Jay.
