Anyone Have a Ben Wade by Preben Holm 7-Day's Set?

I'm a serious collector, buyer, restorer/seller and blogger of estate pipes in general and am finishing up the latter of a two-part tribute to "chasing the grain." This one goes into detail about Preben Holm's life and work. I found a reference to a New York Times full-page ad in the early 1970s by Lane Ltd. advertising an exclusive Seven-Day's Set of Holm's freehands and would like to include a pic of the set if anyone has one or knows where I can find a photo. Also, the ad itself would be great! I'm good at research but have drawn blanks so far with these two objectives. Of course, I always attribute photos and docs other than my own to their owner.
