I just picked this up. It’s from Townshend and Co. Research indicates it is no newer than WW1. Anyone else have a junky old pipe rack to show off?

Old, yes. Junky, no. That is a beautiful piece.
Neat rack!! I’ve never seen one like that. Makes me think that I might make one that’s truly junky (unlike yours) with u-bolts n other hardware

Over time I've just found racks to be a hindrance and an accident waiting to happen.
Normally wouldn't tell a guy he's got a nice rack..but nice rack.
I inherited my great grandpa's pipe stand, and both doors hold pipes. My Grabow sleep there.
And I got these two racks, from antique malls. The circular one is cracked and should be glued. My mother in law got it for me.
Pick up this leather covered rack with a humidor. Don’t know anything about it other than it was in an antique shop and seems too well built to be modern.
Small pipes probably were the norm back then. My great grandfather's pipe stand, shown in my above post, with the racks built into the doors, only hold small straight pipes. And even some of those pipes you have to twist to get in.
